Send motor data and alarm history.
For the fastest response, include motor kW, voltage, load type, enclosure, fieldbus and the exact alarm or fault code. Attachments can be coordinated after the first reply.
If the site is down, describe the last safe operating state, whether the motor can be uncoupled, and whether the drive trips during acceleration, steady load or deceleration. That timing often determines whether the next check should focus on motor insulation, braking, grounding, cooling or mechanical binding.
For planned upgrades, add the target efficiency goal, expected annual run hours, preferred communication protocol and any cabinet constraints. This helps the team decide whether a direct replacement, filter package, bypass update or full panel redesign is the more reliable path for technicians.
